OUR MISSION

SunSoulistic exists to restore peace to the feminine experience — aligning periods, plants, and partnerships in harmony with nature’s rhythm. Through education, movement, sound, and plant-based care, we create pathways for women to feel supported, connected, and whole throughout every season of their fertility and flow.

To nurture a global community of women who understand their bodies, trust their rhythms, and feel supported in every phase of life. SunSoulistic is building spaces where periods are honored, plants are medicine, and wellness is cultivated in partnership.

OUR FOUNDER

Kay "LadyKay" Lambert is a Virginia Beach native with a lifetime of creativity and curiosity under her belt. Fortifying her way through wellness as a Certified Integrative Health Coach, Intuitive Sound Therapist, Meditation Instructor, Yoni Steam Practitioner, Retreat Coordinator, and RYT200 -- Kay works to uplift and empower. 

 

Raised by a village of women, she has always been captivated with the concept of sisterhood. After years of low confidence, lack of community, harbored emotions and ancestral womb trauma, she became devoted to her own soul care journey through mindfulness, intentional living, and bringing women together. In 2021, she created SunSoulistic, a Feminine Wellness Company, designed to hold sacred spaces for women to cultivate peace on and off their period. Since then, she has used her gifts to make menstruation a part of the conversation in the corporate and nonprofit world.

WHAT IS SUNSOULISTIC?

SunSoulistic, a combination of the inner light (sun), life's mission (soul), and holistic approaches (listic) --  With over a decade of experience in the wellness field we are filled with gratitude to continue to provide resources, workshops, coaching, programs, retreats and more to the DMV and Hampton Roads area. In recent years, we have been fortunate to expand and provide custom programs for businesses and nonprofits to aid in their growth of workplace wellness and community building. 

 

Our commitment lies in creating safe and intentional environments for individuals and the collective to foster a better, brighter version of themselves.
