R&Breathe: Yoga + Sound Healing Experience
Celebrate Women’s Month with an evening dedicated to rest, rhythm, and restoration. R&Breathe blends gentle yoga, soulful R&B music, and immersive sound healing to help you release tension and reconnect with your breath.
We’ll begin with a beginner-friendly yoga flow designed to open the body and calm the mind. After movement, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxing sound healing session using therapeutic instruments to support nervous system regulation and full-body relaxation.
